By making a booking with us, The customer agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that he/she:

Amend Tour/ Activity
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted

Passenger No-Show
The phone of the passenger stated in the booking request must be switched on and available for incoming calls at the moment of the Tour start, during the waiting time and until the meeting of the passenger with the Tour representative

Booking
You must check all of the information which you provide us with at the time of booking to ensure it is correct, including the pick-up information.
Once you have confirmed these details we will proceed to confirm the booking Please check that all names, dates and timings are correct on receipt of all documents and advise us of any errors immediately.
